In need of a bathe?
For an immediate spiritual bath, repeat after me!
Lord Jesus, I now ask You to cleanse me with Your Most Precious Blood. By the power of Your Blood, Lord, cleanse me of all unclean and unholy spirits, which might have clung on to me for whatever reason. Lord Jesus, bind and cast all the unclean and unholy spirits into the deepest recesses of hell and chain them there forever so that they can nevermore return to cause nuisance or harm to anyone or me ever again.
Lord Jesus, I also place at the foot of Your Holy Cross all my own burdens and those of the people whom I have prayed for. They are no longer my burdens to carry but Yours, O Lord. I trust that in Your infinite love, mercy and compassion, You will take care of them all for us. I thank You Jesus and I praise You.
