it’s december
yes, it’s the last month of the year! can’t believe it’s already the end.
thinking back, I praise God for the wonderful start to the year with SOW and my trip to KK!
I’m actually hoping that my december would end on a great note as well.
Just that….
It’s not been happening for me, or rather it’s only been the first day so I cant’ say too much can I?
I’ve actually been super busy with school and studying for my mid-terms that whenever I hear Christmas Carols I get super depressed. Cause while others are like soaking up in the xmas light up downtown or doing some shopping, I’m actually doing WORK WORK WORK.
Yah, so I’ve been telling myself to refrain from downloading/listening/going any where that would remind me that xmas’ just round the corner. —> that way I can avoid being depressed.
BUT, suddenly when I saw the tumblr photo which went ” December is all about Jesus”
I realised that I’ve been pushing Him aside by not allowing myself to think that christmas is here. Because christmas is after all christmas because JESUS WAS BORN INTO THE WORLD!
& I’ve been thinking only about the xmas that I want. Gosh, forgive me Jesus.
This is the first xmas season I’ve spent actually studying and stressing out.
BUT BUT BUT I SHANT ALLOW MYSELF TO GIVE LIFE TO THESE NEGATIVE EMOTIONS.
however, the question for my personal reflection today is…
How is Jesus born into my life today?
Hmmm.
P.S: Mega excited for Prep Camp tmr, can’t wait to spend some quality time w Jesuuus.
